1. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Please note that returns and exchanges are not accepted at this time.
  • Once an order is placed—whether for merchandise, bookings, or services—it is considered final.
  • This includes all artist bookings, promotional packages, and event-related services.

2. 1-Day Reporting Window for Defective Products

If you receive damaged or defective goods, please report it to us within 1 day (24 hours) of delivery:

  • Contact us at info@bmtagency.in with your order number and a clear photo/video of the defect.
  • If the claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Artist or celebrity bookings
  • Event services
  • Promotional or advertising packages
  • Digital services or content
  • Merchandise once worn, damaged, or used

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they haven’t been processed.
  • After this period, all sales are final.
